4-Wire Safety Switch Bumper and Controllers
The ZSB-CS is an industrial grade, pressure sensitive, 4-wire safety switch bumper and control reliable safety system. The ZSB-CS is a safety device that is an integral part of the machine safety circuit. It is designed to protect personnel and objects from hazardous machine conditions.
The ZSB-CS has two main components; a 4-wire safety switch bumper and a category 3 control reliable safety relay controller. The safety switch bumper part of the system is a normally open, 4-wire momentary contact pressure switch covered in heavy-duty re-enforced rip-stop vinyl.
The control part of the system is a control reliable safety relay with cross monitored outputs. As a system, the two parts work in conjunction with one another to continuously monitor the machine safety system and control power to the dangerous conditions of the machine.

Zippswitch bumpers come in lengths from 6 inches to 20 feet. Standard profiles include 1/2", 1", 2" and 3". Available in both yellow and black covers.
